Satisfied, enjoyed the Sunset moment

Pros: Breakfast was impressed , served when needed. Very good customer service.

Perfect nature getaway

Pros: An amazing place if you love being around nature. Perhaps some things are a bit outdated but we loved it nonetheless. Staff was very friendly and helpful.

Cons: We tried to take a bath but there wasn't enough hot water to fill the bath so we ended up showering in cold water instead. There are a lot of insects attracted to the bathroom lights so there's a few that sneaked inside.

MAGICAL!

Pros: It’s like a fairyland, and my chalet had a splendid view of the sea. Everywhere on the property one can enjoy views of the forest, sunrise and sunset. The staff are superlative, and attentive without being intrusive, especially Akul and Tofazzel. Thank you guys, and a special apology to the guests I met on the way down in my car, but the kindly gentleman offered the perfect solution for me to back up and allow the others to proceed.

Cons: Can’t say I didn’t like it; in fact, I greatly enjoyed the hike as I decided to leave my car at parking A but it’s a bit of a challenge to drive up the steep and narrow road with hair pin bends, but this adds to the beautiful locale. Again, this is probably very specific to me, but I sort of struggled with the shower and bathtub controls, but in the end managed to have my hot showers.

An amazing jungle retreat away from any other facilities

Pros: Amazing views from a tree house. Gorgeous pool. Staff very friendly. Good communication prior to arriving to enable us to arrange hotel recommended taxi transport. This is more expensive than Grab but very few driver will tackle the winding road up to the top. The food was very nice but unless you take your own snacks, there is no real alternative (you really are blissfully cut off!). You really need to be agile to stay here and we were grateful that we didn’t come with very young children!

Magical mountain-top retreat experience

Pros: Wonderful hilltop retreat. Beautiful accommodation in an amazing natural environment with views over Penang. We were the only ones there. The staff were absolutely perfect and so warm & kind.

Had a remarkable memories and wonderful experience with nature. The staffs are so good such a way serving great .

Pros: Secluded spot away from city, the beautiful landscape and gardening. Clean terrace, pools, everything was spotless. Amazing view. What made the stay even more enjoyable were the attentive staffs. Hospitable top notch service from check in to departure. Special shout out to Hussain for making our stay even more pleasant (twice now).

Cons: None. But a square shape mosquito net would be preferred to a triangle shape (current) one.

Great, totally worth of money

Pros: The ambience was exceptional, everything maintained well

Cons: Probably because the staffs are all foreign workers, of course we understand that it is a bit hard to hire local staffs at that rural area. But safety concerns, it is good or better to have at least 1 or 2 local staffs.

Pros: Thank you Tofazzel and Ashok who were the employees that made our stay so much enjoyable. Excellent service and amazing food!!
