Wonderful stay with chilling nature surrounding♥️

Pros: I love the chilling nature surrounding. The cool fresh air suitable for those who looking for relaxing and healing from busy life.

Cons: If you are Tech-Savvy kind of person, you may not like this place but I did not have anything not to dislike as nature lover.

Quiet forest trekking stay up in the hills

Pros: Guesthouse is halfway into the hills with an amazing view of Taiping. Its cool and breezy from being high up and near the forest. It is a steep drive from the town - the hosts kindly drove us from the train station, picking up food for us on the way. However, it is really close access to the rainforest and hiking routes which have amazing wildlife - we saw gibbons, a boar and monkeys. Trails are not touristy at all so there is little information - fortunately for us there was a North Face hiking event the week before so there were still markers and an online map. If you plan to hike you will likely be the only people there so be prepared and be cautious of the weather, mosquitoes, leeches and animals. Keat also kindly drove us around for a half day (for a fee) and picked us up after hikes.

Cons: Would be better with mosquito nets around the room or at least around the bed. Insects arent really a problem in the day but do fly in the room with the lights on at night. And if you do hike towards the town and rural areas, be careful of the dogs!

Sejour deconnection, isolé dans la montagne de Taiping, berce par la musique de la nature - a vivre

Pros: Lieux tres calme, dans la montagne, avec une chambre qui s'ouvre sur une vue degagée magnifique. Propice a la meditation, aux marches dans la montagne. Une magnifique cascade toute proche. Les nuits fraiches bercées par la musique de la nature, des grenouilles, singes, lezards qui chantent a tue tete. Une excellente deconnection (meme si la 4G passe tres bien). Notre hote, Keat, est exceptionnel!

Cons: L'utilisation d'un 4x4 est essentiel pour y acceder en voiture. Heureusement notre hote, Keat est incroyable, tres a l'ecoute et nous a transportés, meme a des heures tres avancees! Merci beaucoup pour son aide de tous les moments. La montagne est tres belle mais malheureusement les Hommes la detruise peu a peu et rase les arbres pour faire pousser du duriant...
