Pros: The units are clean, comfy n neat. New building, mall within the building, nearby restaurants, n also site seeing within short distance such as bukit bendera n gurney walk.

Cons: No proper sign from car park towards Lifts. Should have signage for this.

Lokasinya strategik kerana dekat dengan mall dan boleh diakses terus melalui tingkat 5. Parkir kereta mudah dan pergerakan keluar masuk juga lancar. Kemudahan seperti aircond berfungsi dengan baik serta kolam renang yang selesa. Untuk penggunaan kolam renang, pengunjung perlu memakai pakaian renang yang sesuai, bukan t-shirt biasa. Fasiliti keseluruhan amat memuaskan dan berbaloi untuk harga ditawarkan ini.
