Pros: The whole place is clean n neat. Open concept. toilet and shower area is clean. Hot water and water pressure is great for a warm shower. The host is thoughtful to include power extension cord for use. Close vicinity to the mall is a plus point, where we can get daily necessities easily. Safety - is good. Access cards can only reach designated floor and, carpark. Night view is nice

Cons: The movement from other units is indeed obvious. We were a little unlucky. The unit across has renovation works going on the last 3 days. Drilling and knocking sound. In the day
