Recommended. The area very convient and you no need to worry about foods.

Pros: Staff and security is friendly and helpful. The house is clean and tidy. The area with lots of food choices

Cons: Basic needs such as brooms and also bathroom necessities such as buckets and dippers

Pros: The house is fine,everything is clean and in good condition.

Cons: The homestay is comfortable but the deposit refund prosess is a bit slow.At check in,we had to pay rm 300 deposit, which they said would be refunded via bank transfer within 2 working days. However,on the 3rd day after checked out,i had to call the management and be referred to the finance department to get the refund processed. I feel the process is rather complicated.
