Pros: Good response of the host. Room is clean and very comfortable stay. The entire family was super happy with the whole stay.

Pros: The condo was spacious with seaview for the bedrooms and living room. It was well equipped and clean. Location was excellent with Straits Quay across the road and other convenience stores and restaurants within walking distance. I will definitely book this place again.

Cons: The steps that you have to climb from the car park to the lift lobby.

Wonderful apartment, great host.

Pros: Spacious, quiet, very comfortable and well-equipped apartment. High quality building with full security. Includes private car park and a washer + dryer (and detergent, which is not always the case). Large swimming pool, and a gym that we didn't use. For us, the location was perfect. We had a car to go around, and a Grab to downtown George Town (driving / parking there is a nightmare) was a very cheap fare. Shopping center / supermarket across the street, and a larger shopping / dining complex a very short walk away. We truly enjoyed our stay and send our warmest thanks to Khim and Rose who were so helpful. Strongly recommended.

Pros: Very nice apartment beautiful view. We had issues with the air con, they come fix it very shortly.

Overall good experience, highly recommended. Person incharge is accommodate and responds fast.

Pros: Property is clean, location is covenience, easy access to grocery and food, ocean view is good. Person incharge is friendly. Bed is comfy we all have good sleep.

Cons: shower room can be more clean, there are some black thing on the floor. Sofa abit not comfortable.

Pros: Open and spacious, pleasent ocean views and pool, convenient to Straits Quay and local grocery options, the owners were responsive and friendly.

Cons: Slightly too far out of George Town to visit regularly, the bathroom had abysmal water pressure, I was locked in my room because of a faulty lock that the owners needed to the replace

Pros: Super clean and very comfortable. Kitchen facilities and cookware provided is excellent.

Cons: The gym could have been better. More cleaning sprays for kitchen bathroom, et cetera would have been useful

Enjoyable stay

Pros: Khim is very professional and helpful and Rose is on time waiting by the lobby upon our arrival to hand over our unit keys. And the unit is very clean and tidy. We love to come back next time for sure.

Gem in Penang

Pros: It was nice to be met by the host (representative) as a personal touch and explaining various aspect of use of the facilities. The apartment was well appointed and very clean. Seldom do I see a fully functional kitchen with oven, stove top, microwave and full size fridge. The laundry area is equipped with good washer, dryer and drying rack. Perfect for longer stay. The ease of entry yet secured access of car park, lift and apartment is a plus. The location straddling the Ferringhi Beach and Georgetown is very convenient for visitors who drive. Village Grocer supermarket is 3 minutes drive away. Top end mall Gurney Plaza and truly natural Botanic Garden are only 10mins drive away. 3 minutes walk away is a small but good Lotus mall. The view of Tanjung Tokong with Malacca Straits in the background is best enjoyed with jazz music played from the Youtube and a good coffee. Rejuvenated after the stay.

Pros: The host was super friendly… brought us in n explained everything about the house. The house was super clean, bed was so comfy. AC was super cold… so didn’t have to on all of it. Had a washing machine,a dryer n it also provides detergent. My kids enjoyed the big bathtub that can fit 2 adults 😆.

Cons: Nothing at all… everything was good my family & I enjoyed our stay n for sure will stay again
