Marriott Executive Apartments Penang

Fantastic and will be back!

Pros: A modern, clean apartment that feels both comfortable and relaxing.

Just wonderful!

Pros: My 2nd stay in 2 months, and still loving it. The Executive Apartment is best for 3 days or more stay. Wonderful dining-in food, piping hot and great service getting it in and out of our room. The room is still in top condition given that it is still a relatively new hotel. Breakfast buffet is still fresh and delicious, although I do hope there can be a lot more varieties. Drove from SG to Penang with my EV and charging is a breeze. Zero headaches. Stayed in two bedroom apartment previously, and this time was a one bedroom apartment. Both equally good, the living and dining space, great for family gatherings after a long day at Penang. Ambience of the room, lighting, the sofa and TV, the decor, all very nicely done. Feels like home!

Cons: There is nothing I don't like about this hotel. Just wonderful!

Great Hotel, great location and wonderful staff

Pros: Fantastic hotel in great location with wonderful staff and amenities. Apartments are extremely comfortable with large living areas, full fridge and all kitchen amenities including dishwasher/washing machine/dryer for those on longer stays. Water and soft drinks refilled daily in room. Shower awesome and all extras in bathrooms. Pool area is great as is gym and steam rooms. Buffet breakfast is fantastic - make sure you include in your stay. Short walk or 'Grab' to Gurney Plaza plus Hawkers and restaurants walking distance also. Will definitely return.

Cons: Beds a little firmer than we like.

Overall stay was very good

Pros: Breakfast spread was good however the Q was not very well managed during peak period.Need to arrange for options ie open up another area for breakfast to supplement the peak period.

Cons: Lack of dustbins in the hotel external areas

Satisfied in every way.

Pros: Well furnished with quality fittings. Everyday we had 6 bottles of water to hydrate ourselves - generous! The kitchenette was well supplied. We had a rental car and entry/exit was seamless - no need to get an exit coupon every time we left the hotel. Everything was excellent!

Helpful and friendly staff

Pros: Lovely, friendly staff, clean and comfortable. The breakfast buffet was fabulous.

Cons: A bit expensive.

Pros: The service, spaciousness of the apartments, and buffet breakfast was tremendous. We stayed in a 1 bedroom apartment with a family of 3, 2 adults and a 14 year old. We called and emailed in advance to arrange a second bed (roll out, all made up). All sorted perfectly by the hotel. A great stay! 😊

Cons: The pool was great however when busy the pool ran out of pool towels.

Pros: Staff are very friendly and helpful. They gave us personalised services that we really appreciate! Cons: Noodle soup station, the soup can be a little bit more tasty example chicken broth taste for soups.

Pros: Great service by the staff and perfectly location.

Cons: There is no convenient shop in the hotel, need to walk a 5 minutes walking distance to convenient store.
