Green Ocean Seaview Apartment

Pros: Frank was an awesome host and very accomadating. Place was clean and fully equiped. The view was fantastic. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

Pros: Mr frank very nice and friendly, the apartment clean and tidy. Very comfortable stay. Location also strategic.

Misleading but nice result in the end.

Pros: The apartment isn't the one stated in the the title. It's actually similar to other postings in the area on booking.com for Sri Sayang. Green Ocean is apparently where the office is. But in the end I got a better view in a better location (opposite Rasa Sayang). The room, on the 6th floor, actually had a balcony with a view of the Shangri-La and the sea. A large living space plus two rooms and two bathrooms. A little on the dated side but still clean and well presented. The host was welcoming and very easy to deal with.

Cons: Just the misleading info as above. Also could do with a bigger TV, and some provided cutlery in the kitchen is rusty or not clean. Just a note, a time of writing (Jul, 25), there is construction going on in the lot next door to the Sri Sayang which isn't mentioned anywhere. This may be disruptive but only in the day time.

Pros: Mr Frank was very friendly and nice. We actually arrived there 3 hours late. But he kept checking on us. He replied quickly for everything. The view was breathtaking and also the cleanliness. The bed was comfy and super clean too. Mr Frank also recommended some cheap and good chines restaurants for us.

Cons: No one ever mentioned about the parking issue. We have to pay everytime we in and out the apartment. The charge will be based on how long we parked inside the apartment. If its overnight, will be charged rm10. Rm 1 for every hour were staying there. First 30 minutes is complimentary. The bathroom was lil disappointing. It was rusty here and and there.

Very nice, the apartment will certainly be considered for any future visits

Pros: Excellent location, efficient and enthusiastic host Mr Frank, prompt response to all issues, queries and problems, easy access to the beach, restaurants and supermarket, excellent wifi

Cons: The beds were a bit small, as were the bathrooms, a tall person would struggle to have a bath in the shower comfortably

Pros: Comfy beds, plenty of tables and chairs, pool was nice, enough space, owner very agreeable.

Cons: Lacked shower curtains, toilets and kitchen cupboards pretty ancient, nowhere to hang washed clothes.

Great view, good location.

Pros: The views were awesome. The bedroom was not big but comfortable, had a great sleep the night after arrival. Delivery is available for many shops, and restaurants. The host was friendly. The beach is a 5-7 min walk. Will pick it up next time.

Cons: The host was active and supportive, but I failed to understand that I needed to notify them about my arrival sometime before or drive to the host office. With the motorcycle, it is not easy to communicate while driving and booking 2 hours before the arrival. But its not an issue of the apartment I guess.

Very enjoyable and we would definitely stay there again.

Pros: It was large, clean and well equipped. Just a few minutes to the beach. Awesome view from the living room and bedrooms, superfast internet and well-equipped kitchen. Frank was a great host, contacted me proactively, drove us to the apartment and helped with any questions. There is a bus stop right in front which is great for getting around.

Cons: The pool closed at 19:00, could have been opened 1 or 2 hours more for my kids, but obviously not the fault of the host, those are kust the house rules.
