Pros: The sea view is magnificient, the place is clean and comfortable. The host also friendly and easy to communicate.

Our family was satisfied with the stay and would definitely return when visiting Ferringhi again.

A great place for a short stay or if you’re budget-conscious in Batu Feringhi.

Pros: We needed somewhere to stay for one night as we arrived in Penang a day early. Frank was really helpful and met us at the property. It’s close to everything and you can use your Touch and Go Card to pay the RM10 overnight parking. It’s near the beach, has a shaded pool and we had two rooms. Great views of the beach. Thanks Frank!

Cons: Bring your own shower gel but everything less was great.

Memorable and rewarding

Pros: The given apartment was super-clean and comfortable. The caretaker, Mr. Frank, has done a splendid job in housekeeping and ensuring an enjoyable stay for the guests. Basic amenities like the toilet and kitchen are well-maintained and Mr. Frank has graciously upgraded our accommodation to a higher floor which afforded a splendid view of the sea - at no extra charge. Both the elevator and wifi were super-fast and many interesting movies were made available via Astro (it would be nicer if Netflix was also included in the streaming package). Quite a spacious interior with minimalist decor and balcony with great views. The aircond units were deliciously cool that added to extra comfort in the bedroom and we enjoyed good night sleep. Overall, it's a pleasantly memorable 4 days and 3 nights stay in the apartment which is worth the money paid. Will surely make a return booking.

Cons: Seating place and benches should be arranged around the swimming pool area. The changing rooms near the pool are somewhat bare and not quite user-friendly. There are quite a few eating places about 10-minutes walk from the homestay when you turn left at the exit. However, the fact that there are no pavements for pedestrians makes it a rather hazardous journey. One has to cross to the other side of the road to use the pavement and cross it again when reaching the destination. Again, it might be dangerous depending on the traffic conditions.

Great choice for a company holiday.

Pros: Location, great view, fast internet, very nice and welcoming staff. Also apartment is quite spacious.

Cons: Apartment is a bit weary, some ants on the kitchen. Also soundproofing is almost absent.
