Pros: It is so convenient to go for a walk at the beach. Homestay is good for a budget accommodation.

Cons: No water heater, don't expect good quality facilities, outlook of the apartment from outside a bit creepy cause it's an old building but overall it's ok and safe.

Cozy and Loved

Pros: The exterior doesn’t reflect the cozy atmosphere inside. I am very satisfied. The place is clean and well-organized. The water pressure is good. It has an iron, dishes, cutlerys, an oven, a washing machine, a TV, and is fully air-conditioned, with extra mattresses, pillows, and blankets. All amenities are complete. The price is affordable and close to attractions in Batu Ferringhi. The hostess is very kind, providing thorough explanations, making check-in and check-out easy. I will definitely return here. Thank you so much!

Cons: Sorry, no photos because we enjoyed spending time in this place with family members so much that we forgot to take pictures.

Pros: The property is near to everything in Batu Feringgi which is so very recommended .The building is quit old,but the unit is super comfy and clean. Enough rooms n beds for 5 adult. Definitely will stay here again.

Pros: The unit was clean & comfortable as expected. Most important thing, the water source was super fast! Near to the beach. Food stalls around, so much easier to get food on hand. Very affordable & highly recommended. Owner very helpful 💗

Cons: Pls replace the iron, its broken/too old. The building quite old.
