Great stay overall. Highly recommended.

Pros: The apartment is super spacious. My musicians and i are loving the seaview and the comfort of the rooms.

Cons: Just that please for God sake change the towels , too buruk already.

Pros: The property’s location is perfect.easy to find, with a smooth check-in process. It also has a balcony with a beautiful sea view, and offers great privacy at night, making it feel like your own little escape

Cons: The bedsheet may need to be replaced, as I experienced what felt like bed bug bites during my last night. Aside from that, the unit was generally clean and well-maintained.

A comfortable enough stay for the money.

Pros: Good views of the sea, sunset, and weather. Very comfortable beds, nice bed linen, lights over bed for reading. Quiet location away from nightlife but in easy (10 min ) walk of beach, bars, restaurants, night market. Good bus service has lots of stops through Batu Ferringhi for those who need it. (Be advised that they seemed to be moving the stop right outside the apartments - maybe just updating them, but be aware) Staff in the building very nice. Good lifts.

Cons: It is stated that the apartment has a washing machine. It does not, annoyingly (though plenty of cheap laundries in town) The showers and toilet are combined, so after a shower the floors are very wet for ages. Could do with a squeegee mop to push it down the drain. Despite being for up to 6 people, there was only 1 mug, 1 cup, and a couple of tiny cups, and only 1 glass!!! Not sure there was enough crockery and cutlery either. The apartment, comfortable enough, is definitely not deluxe, in fact it's very tired looking and in need of some attention. For instance, one of the balcony chairs is unravelling and uncomfortable. The pretty cushions and the rug in the photos are not there. Swimming pool limited hours, 9am to 7pm
