A hidden gem place to stay

Pros: The place is cozy and warm as mentioned. Good facilities and it felt like being back to home. The location is strategic as it is near to icon city. A lot of eatery place to choose from.

Comfy stay.

Pros: A very brand new condo i can say. very comfy & clean. Amenities all are new & complete for short stay. Importantly very near to restaurant, just 1 min drive to new hotplace for youngster hangout area behind the condo & across the condo. Suitable for young people were night life is happening. During daytime its very quiet. Overall its nice.

Cons: Sound insulation not quite there. Can hear noises from the vehicle (near busy highway), KTV (nearby) & and the top unit neighbour quite active at night. Can hear the walking & moving furniture sound. But overall its a good place to stay if you are a heavy sleeper.

Simple n Nice stay

Pros: Clean , simple and nice , all basic needs (hair dryer, iron, towels, shampoo , shower gel) are provided . Convenience stores and food are nearby. Easy chk in + chk out also 1of the main reason i will definately come back for sure the next time i visit penang. Highly recommended especially for small family. Not forgetting the nice view from bedroom too.

Cons: The squeaking sound of the door hinge quite annoying, please take note and do something about it.
