Pros: Everything, the location which is near lots of shops esp Econsave, the facilities esp washer n kitchenette, fully air conditioned and beautiful view facing the island

Pros: The homestay has a big swimming pool and a playground, which the kids really love. There are two bedrooms — one room comes with two large beds and a private bathroom, while the other room is also spacious and uses a shared bathroom. The bathrooms are quite roomy. There is WiFi provided as well. Overall, the place is very clean and comfortable. The price is affordable and definitely worth it.

Cons: One small downside is that the lift is not air-conditioned, so it feels a bit warm and stuffy while waiting inside.

Pros: The room is large enough and the toilet is spacious. You don't have to worry about lack of parking space.

Cons: The mattress is a bit sunken and difficult to sleep on

Pros: The cleanliness level was excellent. All kitchen appliances were provided and complete. Each room was supplied with extra towels, which was very convenient. However, the iron could not be used — when switched on, the indicator light did not turn on and it did not heat up. Other than that, the location was very strategic, especially being close to Butterworth KTM station. I also had the chance to dine at Restoran Subaidah, which is located just opposite the building. Highly recommended.

Pros: Had a really pleasant stay here. The homestay was very clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. Everything was neatly prepared, and the environment felt cozy and relaxing, making it perfect for resting after a long day. The hospitality was excellent. The host was friendly, responsive, and very helpful throughout the stay. Check-in and communication were smooth and hassle-free. The location is also convenient with easy access to nearby shops and food places. Overall, it was a great experience and definitely worth the stay. Highly recommended, and I would love to come back again in the future. 👍

Pros: With the value price it’s reasonable and unit is big. Management instant reply. Got the issue with the door knob , instant arrange someone come and change the door knob. Overall everything is great
