Sangat disarankan.

Pros: Sangat sesuai untuk keluarga, bilik yang selesa, peralatan lengkap, apartment yang cantik. Berdekatan dengan semua kemudahan, makan, kedai, stesen minyak. Easy access.

Cons: Apartment Management perlu perbaiki common facility seperti sauna. Lift lobby tidak mempunyai ventilasi, tidak selesa bila menunggu lift. Perlu melakukan kawalan haiwan perosak seperti burung, terlalu banyak najis burung.
