Pros: The location is perfect for medical visit, only 1 min by walk to Gleneagles hospital. Also the owner Bryson is very easy to communicate, helpful.

Cons: When we asked for new towel, we need to pay 🥺🥺

We were having a short holiday for 5 days.

Pros: The location and the ample space for a family of 4.

Cons: The tight drive to the parking spot.

Pros: Ended up at the wrong address and the owner rang and payed for a Grab taxi to take us to the correct location. The owners responded to any queries we had about the apartment and washed our clothes for us in a different location when we discovered the washing machine in the apartment was not working. The apartment was clean and good air conditioning and WiFi. Overall a lovely place to stay.

Pros: The apartment was incredibly clean with lovely comfortable furniture and brilliant views across Penang

Cons: The lifts were the only downside, it could sometimes take a while for one to arrive. We were sure that a more efficient and effective algorithm could be utilised!

Very comfortable stay

Pros: I love the home, it's so cozy. There's water dispenser and washing machine. It feels like a complete home. The teddy bear in the room is so cute! Super recommended to stay here. Would definitely book again when I visit Penang.

Cons: Stayed there during peak season, 42 levels only 3 (sometimes 2) lifts working. Otherwise, all facilities are good.

Pros: The toilet, along with everything else in the house, was exceptionally clean and well-maintained. Highly recommend this place for anyone looking for a comfortable and hygienic stay!

Wonderful experience

Pros: The homestay is luxurious, spacious, nicely decorated, and homely. First, the homestay is very clean and tidy. It looks exactly the same as shown in pictures. Secondly, the price is reasonable and appropriate. All amenities, as stated, are provided. The bathrooms are big and all equipped with heaters. All the bedrooms are equipped with air-condioning as well as ceiling fan. The breathtaking scenery of the sunset is truly engaging.Furthermore, the house owner is very nice and kind. He is helpful and would respond promptly to requests made. In this case, I would highly recommend this homestay for everyone who wishes to go on a trip to Penang for the fantastic experience one would have at such reasonable rate.The stay here would be pleasant experience for family outings. Thanks 😊.

Pros: Very great accommodation, new condo with facilities, clean and owner is responsive on the request and query. My family love it so much.

Cons: Only the bedframe is too high for kids.
