Pros: It was a central of the Penang, walkable to restaurants, little India. Its was a nice spot and parking .

Pros: A clean and comfortable room with a very strategic location. It’s close to many tourist attractions, especially if you’re staying in Georgetown, Penang. Highly recommended.

Cons: There was no towel in the room when I first entered, but the staff were friendly and promptly assisted by providing one

Pros: A perfect location - just around the corner is Armenian St and our room actually looked over Umbrella St. Our stay was very comfortable - a large bedroom and private en-suite which was also large and had a really good shower. A special mention must go to Ravi - an extremely hard-worker who cannot do enough for you. All in all I wouldn't hesitate to recommend this hotel to anyone visiting George Town. Thank you Ravi and thank you Boutique Residence Hotel!

Cons: Provide normal TV with astro rather than TV wifi connection wifi in the room is not connecting. The rest is all good 👍

Overall we had a good stay.

Pros: Location. The staff was very polite and helped us with late check in since our flight got delayed. They have a nice pool too to relax.

Cons: It’s an old property and certain things need attention. Specially the WiFi.

Pros: Ravi and the staff were fabulous. Couldn’t have been looked after better! Thank you. The location within the hot spot of Georgetown was perfect.

Cons: A bit worn out but all the key things were perfect (good mattress, great shower). It is located between two mosques so it was handy to plan our days around the call to prayer as these can be heard very loudly from the accommodation. Not a problem, just good to know in advance.
