Cheap... Minimally equipped

Pros: Value for money. I paid rm387 for two nights (weekday), 7th floor. Near many marts and restaurants of various cuisine, like Korean bbq, ZUS, Starbucks, family mart. RM12 grab (12 minutes ride ) to Gurney Drive area Unit has beautiful view of Penang bridge, jogging track along the promenade.

Cons: Disturbing, loud bass beat/music from pubs in the ground floor from 10pm-2am. Can't sleep. No coffee mugs provided, only tiny glass cups which is not suitable for coffee or hot drinks. I had to reuse a paper cup from Starbucks for my hot beverages. Crockery in odd number, not full sets : I.e. No full sets of bowls, or plates. Maybe 1 of each only. No stove/ microwave to reheat. There is a little electric cooker for boiling a ramen and a kettle. No floor mats provided, especially for kitchen sink area which constantly flows water onto the floor. . Bedrooms has no table at all, I have to use their sofa like a table, risking spillage of makeup/lotions onto the sofa fabric. Mismatched towels : the HOST accused me of taking their towels after I checked out. Luckily I showed them my photos taken as proof when I checked in. They DID NOT APOLOGISE for the wrong accusation :( ALWAYS TAKE PHOTOS AS PROOF
