Pros: We booked this apartment for 02 nights. Everything starting from check-in to check-out was perfect. Host response was quick. Apartment was very clean and very aesthetically furnished. View from the apartment was breathtaking. A perfect place to stay in Penang. Would love to come again.

Pros: The apartment is very clean and can fit 4-5 persons comfortably. The large bed is very comfortable, both mattress and pillows. Toilet papers are soft too. The position and large windows enable a perfect view. Can see the sea, sunrise and the bridge directly from the apartment. We enjoyed playing the pool inside the apartment.which was provided by the owner. The owner provided clear Step by step check in instructions.

Cons: $300 deposit before check-in. There are few house rules, including informing the owner on any defects to avoid any dispute later on. A bit of inconvenience in the check in process - walk to get keys from the mailbox before we can park the car inside the building. It would be helpful if washing machine and water dispenser are included considering the high rental fee. Utilisation time too short as check in 3:00 pm and check out time strictly by 11:00 am. Sofa on living room can be better as it's kind of saggy when seated. Yellow lighting too bright

Вечерний досуг скрашивали семейной игрой в бильярд. Хозяин всегда был на связи. Прислал инструкцию по заселению, все было понятно и просто.

Cons: иногда цифровой ключ от входной двери в квартиру не срабатывал. Возможно, садится батарейка и ее нужно поменять.
