Superb Location with great amenities

Pros: Location quite in the centre /A lot of beds (comfortable) with pillows and blankets/ Facilities were in all in working order/Smart TV & wifi available. A lot of restaurants and cafes within the same vicinity.

Cons: Dining table was a small & access to parking can be challenging if one is not used to it.

Perfect homestay

Pros: I was staying on 12 floor, which partical sea view. We are 9 family members. Best thing is all of us got bed to sleep. Very convenient near by grocery mart, Resto nasi kandar, McD etc Sea side jogging track with penang bridge view. We came with 2 cars. Maritime gives only 1 carpark. 2nd car parked in front of Maritime, MBPP charged RM6 per day.
