Pros: Cleanliness of the apartment, nice views at high floor, water filter dispenser made our stay very convenient, powerful shower water and comfortable beds.

Cons: Toilet shower room flooring is too shallow from toilet flooring, water can splash out to toilet bowl area, wet and mess up the flooring.

Pros: A beautiful apartment, we loved our stay, I was genuinely upset to be moving on. Beds are comfortable, balcony is lovely to sit out on with a beautiful view over the city. We hired motorbikes and there was no issue parking them. We found because we had bikes the apartment was in the middel of everything. Quite a few restaurants and little shops close by. Hawker food near as well. There is a washing machine and washing powder in the apartment, such a nice touch.

Cons: There was no tea and coffee provided and since we travel light we didn't have any with us. The shower wasn't always warm.

Pros: Convenient and homely for 3 days and 2 nights we stayed here. Fully furnished like we just bring our travel bag. Halal plate also provided 👍

Pros: Great location. Felt secure. Had all the amenities we needed. Didnt use the pool but it looked great.

Cons: The third bathroom was very small, more like a look with a shower hose. The third bedroom had no windows.

A knockout view, comfy beds and great food on the doorstep.

Pros: This was our second stay in the Landmark building. The view is simply stunning. The apartment is spacious, comfortable and clean and makes a perfect base a little out of Georgetown (but a very easy journey into the centre by Grab). Great shopping, food, supermarkets etc right on the doorstep. I wish we could have stayed longer and would return in a heartbeat.

Cons: For us, everything was ideal.

Pros: I had a great stay at this apartment. The owner and staff were all very friendly, helpful, and welcoming. The swimming pool is huge — perfect for relaxing or doing laps. The location is excellent, with many shopping malls, restaurants, and cafes just a short walk away. Everything was convenient and comfortable. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone visiting Penang!

Nice and comfortable apartment for a short holiday.

Pros: Here are the feedback. The apartments were clean, comfortable and bright and all the accessories and equipment worked properly. Apart from this, the check-in and checkout process was simple and the support from the team at Landmark was excellent.

Cons: 1. Need glasses (instead of only mugs) for drinking. 2. The comforter (blanket) for the master room is too small for two persons.

Pros: We really enjoyed our stay at the Landmark. The staff were super friendly from the moment we arrived, and we didn't have any issues throughout our one month stay there. The apartment itself was large, well equipped, and super comfortable, with fabulous views of the city and ocean! Also, the bathroom was small but good, with decent water pressure and temperature. We also loved the fact there was a gym on the 4th floor, which is equipped with everything you need. In regards to the location of the apartment, it's within walking distance to supermarkets and other amenities, and a 20-minute grab ride to Batu Ferringhi beach. Going downtown is a little further, but still a reasonably priced grab journey away!
