Deceptively spacious

Pros: Clean and modern. Lots of facilities including iron, ironing board etc. Nice view

Cons: Had to clean own room, send our garbage down. Only one security fob/key to let you in the building or use the lifts. So if one of you goes to the gym or pool then the other one is stuck in the room as they can't use the lift.

Pleasant stay for a family of four.

Pros: Good value for money. Overall place was clean. Property was a little dated but all in all one cannot complain as the pricing was competitive. Private parking provided. However, nice touch as some coffee sachets were provided!

Cons: Whilst in general the place was clean but due to the design, one can find that the window sills sliding grooves were not clean. Wasn't a nice feeling when taking a shower. I found that this type of property where one needs to insert keys for power etc a little inconvenient. As always the main issue with apartments in the Landmark building is the lack of lifts for 39 floors!

Pros: En super dejlig lejlighed med vaskemaskine og alt du behøver. Behagelige senge og en smuk udsigt. Værten er yderst hjælpsom og vi arrangerede at kunne stille vores bagage før tid. Hvis vi skulle tilbage til Penang ville vi booke det igen!

Pros: Lage ist gut. In der Nähe sind einige Geschäfte. Wir hatten die Wohnung im 33. Stock. Der Fahrstuhl funktionierte einwandfrei. Die Wohnung ist sauber und ordentlich. Sie ist gut ausgestattet und hat einen tollen Ausblick. Der Balkon ist toll. Die Betten sind in Ordnung. Die Küche ist sehr komfortabel. Die Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter war sehr gut. Wir haben alle nötigen Informationen bekommen. Der Pool und der Fitnessraum sind mega toll! Und zudem gibt es einen kleinen Spielplatz im 5. Stock. Wir haben uns hier wohl gefühlt und empfehlen dieses Apartment sehr gern weiter!

Cons: Bei Booking wird ein wesentlich günstiger Preis angezeigt, als den man wirklich bezahlt. Steuern und Servicepauschale werden erst ganz zum Schluss dazu gerechnet und die sind recht hoch. Zudem muss man noch eine Kaution bereithalten. Diese bekommt man aber zurück, wenn die Wohnung ordentlich zurückgelassen wird. In der Wohnung hängt ein übergroßes \
