Best place to stay in Penang. The host was polite and helpful!

Pros: Probably this is a best ever place to stay in Penang. The location is very strategic as it is centre to many hot locations (beach and city). The host was extremely kind and helpful. The check in process was easy and convenient. The facilities provided in the unit is user friendly and helpful. We would definetely choose this place to stay if we are in Penang again. So happy and delighted to stay here!

Cons: The lifts. It takes forever for the lift. Therefore, please avoid going back and forth to parking lot and your unit. Especially during the check in and check out.

Pros: Location is covenient, 15mins drive to George TOWN, Room size is very big, excellent scenery. Washing machine available, steam oven is very good for Chinese food.

Cons: Small insects in sleep room, bits my children and grandma. Need improvement.

Pros: The apartment was large, clean and had everything you needed. I had a few issues that where sorted within a couple of hours, excellent service.

Cons: The pool and communal areas where not upto the standard of the apartment, which was a pity.
