Pros: • Great Service: Our host was very accommodating and allowed us an early check-in, which we really appreciated. • Location: The property is very easy to find and situated in a great location, making it convenient to get around Penang.

Cons: Maintenance Issue: The air conditioning in Bedroom 1 was extremely noisy. It was so loud that we couldn't sleep with it turned on. • The Result: We had to leave the bedroom door open and rely on the living room AC to keep the room cool enough to sleep. This was quite inconvenient for privacy and comfort.

Pros: The room was clean, comfortable & well-maintained. The bed was cozy too. The host were friendly & helpful, which made the experience even better. The location was convenient. Its in the centre of georgetown. There’s also 24hrs 7E shop downstair. Parking provided & easy self check-in. Overall it was a pleasant stay & good value for the price. I would definitely consider staying here again.

Pros: This is our 2nd time in Penang and this is also our 2nd stay with them!!! Returned to the same location due to the welcoming ambience & friendly host.

Pros: The suite is very central to town. The bus stop is in front of the building. The public bus from the airport stop in front of Tropicana 218.

Cons: The way the motorists and car drivers are very scary. They don't give way to the pedestrian. A motorcyclist almost knocked me down, he went through the red light. The discipline of the drivers are bad in Malaysia.

Pros: 1. Good location and spacious apartment. Very thoughtful to provide a proper hot and cold water dispenser. 2. It is actually a lock-off apartment unit with 2 rooms in the main unit, and a 3rd room in the secondary unit. Great for privacy.

Cons: 1. Bathroom shower stall has no doors or shower curtains. Bathroom floor is wet after each shower. 2. No cupboards or cabinets to store items for daily use.

Pros: Good communication to the host. Very close to everything.

Pros: Location is great. There are many eateries nearby. Apartment is cozy and clean.

Cons: The guard of the building is rude. The access door from the car park is faulty. Carpark is at pretty high level with spirals way to go up, experienced some motion sickness during the way up to the car park.
