Pros: The apartment had most things that we needed including kitchenette, kettle, fridge, iron. Amazing view and clean too. Great to have toiletries and clean towels. Beds were comfortable with good pillows. Location was very good. Great space and nice to have access to a pool.

Cons: Air-conditioning could have been a bit stronger as one unit was not working in room 2.. Kitchen only had one small knife and could do with another larger one. TV was difficult to use with no instructions.

A hassle free and enjyable stay

Pros: Location was great, next to a coffee shop, and just a bit of a walk down the street to convenience stores and food courts and George Town central is just about 6-7 mins away with Grab. Apartment has a great view and all you need for a comfortable stay. Host was great with instructions on key collection and check out.

Cons: All good.

Perfect for a family of 6-9

Pros: The conveniences to food court , banks , pharmacies. One bus to the jetty (101) .. cost Rm 1.40 per person . Can walked to Komtar ..2 km … and see the street arts

Very nice place to stay and worth the money

Pros: The host was very friendly and helpful. When we had problems, she immediately replied and solved the problems. Good location. Nice view from the rooms. Very convenient to find something to eat as there are a couple of restaurants and convenient store on the first floor

Cons: Need a little bit more care and maintenance. Found old water left in electrical pot, Air-condition and TV box remote control ran out of battery, Curtain cannot be closed all the way.

Will definitely book again

Pros: Very convenient , excellent view, and clean. Very well equipped with all necessities you can think of. Surprised and very happy to see the tvbox as well

Brilliant place

Pros: Our flat was well appointed and with a brilliant view from the sitting room. The location is ideal; easy walking distance to the centre of Georgetown, right by a lot of places to dine and near bus stops that will take you to the northern part of the island. The building is showing its age, but not to any degree of importance. The security staff is friendly. The view from the outdoor swimmingpool is magnificent. The gym is small but with enough weights (free standing and machines) and cardio machines to get some decent training in.

Cons: The swimming pool area could do with a few tables and chairs.

Pros: Everything is good, except for the door. Might need to fix or get a better door for better privacy.

Cons: Just the door.

Family loves your place and hope to comes back in the future.

Pros: There’s several nice food outlets on the ground floor. Serve nice nyonya cuisine, western, Japanese and Marriot Court hotel was just on the adjacent of the building. More than sufficient laundry detergents in store. 👍

Cons: Door key hard to open, main door closer needs to be adjusted to automatically closed the door. Master bedroom toilet door can’t open from inside. Dinning bench bolts are loose, needs to be tightened. Housekeeping needs to be replaced, coffee mugs not wash and we basically disinfected wash all the cutlery and rinse with hot water before using it.

Comfortable stay

Pros: View and the entire size of the apartment. Proximity to food places and city centre. Very detailed instructions on how to operate appliances in the apartment. Hosts prepared many extension power plugs so we didn't have to worry about using multiple appliances and charging multiple devices. Hosts compiled a list of nearby plces of interest and food choices - halal, non halal, vegan and desserts. Very useful to travellers not familiar with Penang.

Cons: Floor in the living room and TV console had some dust.
