No real problem

Pros: Very pleasant staff, easy access to food thanks to the two small shops and the Starbucks at the hotel entrance, Gurney Plaza right next door so access to several activities , Perfect price 👍

Cons: I had no problems at all. If I had to point out a drawback, it would be the accessibility for the Grab service due to the enclosed parking lot, but this is completely insignificant compared to the quality of service provided. 👍

Pros: The room is spacious enough to accommodate four people seeking treatment at Gleneagles Penang. The room is quite clean and the facilities are adequate.

Cons: There is no TV for entertainment, although there is Wi-Fi for browsing.

Pros: We zijn hier lang geweest en het was een prima uitvalbasis om het eiland te verkennen. Mooi uitzicht over de stad vanaf ons dakterras. Wasmachine en droger aanwezig, ook erg prettig. Gunstige ligging vlakbij bij zee en foodcourts op loopafstand. Ook wat restaurantjes in de buurt en winkeltjes en Starbucks beneden in het pand.

Cons: Niks eigenlijk. Er waren 3 bedden, 1 bed had wel vervangen kunnen worden door zithoek of bedbank, omdat er maar 1 zitstoel aanwezig was Wel 2 keukenkrukjes aanwezig. Maar dat was niet belangrijk.
