Tropicana 218 X Airlevate Suites

Pros: We had a wonderful stay in this lovely and cozy property. We were a group of six and the apartment was perfect for us, with 2 comfortable bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, which made everything very convenient. The living room was absolutely adorable and the kitchen was well equipped with everything we needed. We also appreciated all the thoughtful amenities provided: hairdryer, shampoo and body wash, a hot and cold water dispenser, and even an iron and ironing board. The place was clean, welcoming, and very well organized. Small but extremely charming and comfortable. We truly enjoyed our stay and would definitely recommend it!

Cons: The only small downside was the swimming pool, which looked much nicer in the photos than it does in reality. However, this did not affect our overall positive experience.

Pros: Great appartment lovely view all you need Good stores and restaurants close by 25 minute pleasant walk to Komtar

Cons: Needs a little bit TLC … shower wobbly … bedroom door had issue but was resolved quickly . Lift fob temperamental otherwise all good Security team not very pleasant . Pool security attendant not at all friendly . Abrupt and felt should not have been there but did not distract from the rest . His demeanour is definitely not typical of Malay people

Pros: The apartment was clean, and they provided luggage handling for guests arriving before check-in. The location was excellent, offering easy access to all major attractions. I’d definitely stay here again on my next trip to Penang.

Pros: Great location! Spacious apartment with fantastic views.

Cons: Living room furniture was uncomfortable. No glasses for drinking, only coffee cups which was unusual.

Great location but not if you have elderly guests who can’t walk far

Cons: No kettle but a big machine we couldn’t use to get hot water

Pros: Friendly and helpful staff. Respond quickly to WhatsApp. Good location. Easy to call for Grab service. Good for families.

Cons: To provide:- more hooks to hang towel. Clothes rack for each room. In-house anti-slip slippers.

Great 3 bedroom apt in heart of Penang

Pros: Great location and well appointed interior and furnishing. Comfortable beds and good towels.

Cons: Master bedroom ac wasn’t working well. Addition of a clothes drying rack would be good.

It was worth it and if I were given a chance to come again, I would stay here again hehe

Pros: Everything was so neat and well-equipped with great facilities. The host was incredibly responsive to all my questions, which made me feel welcomed and taken care of. Since it was my first time in Penang, I couldn't have asked for a better location. It was perfectly situated near all the places I wanted to visit, making my experience even more enjoyable.

Central location

Pros: Location is central however too hot to walk anywhere, so used Grab or drive. There were cafe and hair dresser at ground level. We tried WithMe hair spa, it was really good and would recommend.

Cons: There a couple of issue with the unit, water leak from air cond in one of the rooms. Extension plug for microwave and water filter was damaged. One of the bedrooms can't lock as its broken. Management had agreed to look into it.
