Pros: The location!! We also managed to experience the seven eleven on it's opening day. Very convenient. The apartment was very nice and very well maintained. I really loved it here. It felt like a hotel.

Cons: I think due to the nature of the furniture, the apartment was dusty. I am allergic to dust and had a bad experience in the first day, but I found that they had an air filter which resolved the issue. The host was very good, accommodating and helpful, but I didn't feel comfortable due to the rules and guidelines in place. I mean yes rules and guidelines were put to ensure the owner and building maintained a certain standard, but I really felt pressured 😅. I had to be extra cautious when entering and leaving, even when heating my food or making tea. I ended up trying to clean the apartment because I was feeling that I might not get my guarantee money if there was any dirt. However, to be honest I really felt happy meeting the owner he was very cool and good 😅I don't know was confused. I will still come back for sure.

Happy with the stay and will come back again if we visit Penang again.

Pros: Very good location, convenient , clean and comfortable. Property owner is prompt and smooth check-in.

Cons: Heater in one of the bathroom not really warm.

Excellent apartment for family stay would recommend

Pros: Good location, facilities, clean, great communication with our host.

Cons: Access to the allocated car parking spaces during our stay required us to drive 7 levels up and down a tight spiral ramp which we found a little inconvenient if making a short trip out into town.

We have a very pleasant stay at this unit during our trip to Penang

Pros: The unit is very clean and it looks exactly as the photos. It is furnished with complete kitchen utensils and fridge, washing machine and all toiletries are provided. Strong wifi and the view from the unit is very nice as well. Location wise, we did not need to drive out for foods as there are many eateries nearby. The host was very responsive and accommodating. We truly enjoy out stay here.
