Value for money.

Pros: The location is good. The rooms and the bathrooms were clean. Parking provided was OK. The counter staffs were very friendly and responsive. Overall I am satisfied with the stay . I hope they continue to maintain it as it is.

Cons: There were some noisy occupants or may be from outside ..Middle of the night distraction on the sleep.

Pros: Location was pefect as we were driving in Penang; ample parking, including basement which was well-lit and secure. Room was clean upon arrival and water pressure was excellent. Room view facing the main street was also very nice. No noise or disruptions at all.

Cons: The bed was quite hard and uncomfortable to sleep in. Additionally, the centralised air conditioning was rather mild - it was cold enough throughout the night, but only enough to cool the room during the day. It would have been nicer if the air conditioning was not centralised and/or cooler.

Pros: Location is good. We mainly come for health check up. One Pasific is within close distance to the hospitals we go to.

Cons: I think the bed should be checked. In some rooms the bed has gotten too soft and needs changing. Will be great if you have sugar free coffee option, too.

Pros: Staff is friendly, intentionally to help. Great location, very close to the tourist spot. The room is clean, comfortable, will come back again.
