Overall, am satisfaction with the facilities at the apartment.

Pros: Reception staff was helpful and the location was good. Kudos to the host for being so courteous and helpful.

Cons: The common toilet door and frame were slightly worn out. The balcony sliding door cannot be locked.

Great place to stay

Pros: Great host. Very friendly and very informative. Place is very clean and dust free. The beds are very comfy. Deco is cozy. Feels at home.

Cons: Would be better if the sliding doors to the balcony can be locked and the TV have some channels to watch would be great.

Pros: A friendly and helpful hosts Mrs Kam who was willing to accomodate to our check in and out time. Also took time to talk us through the usage of appliances and facilities in the unit.

Pros: Clean facility, rooms and toilets. Location good. Check in/out was easy. Host was friendly and helpful. Washing machine available. Drying clothes was easy too

Cons: Car park ramp going up/down quite tight

Pros: Really loved the place overall, especially the view! The location was very convenient because it's nearby Gurney Drive. The hostess was also amazing, she has been a constant touch point since the beginning of the booking and was willing to help with any questions I had or even with recommendations on what to do, eat and shop.

Cons: For the smaller room, it's a little noisy at night because the window is next to the air-conditioning compressors - so if the a/c was running, it can be a little noisy. Your tolerance will vary. Also parking is a little difficult if you have low and long cars because it's difficult to see the corners, but otherwise all's good.

Pros: - Lots of adapters for European sockets - Lots of different things - Clean apartment - Two keys - Comfortable beds - Beautiful view of the lagoon - Nearby embankment where you can go jogging

Cons: - No microwave - A very old washing machine that does not have a water heating function. It simply rotates your clothes in a container with water, so if you have any stains on your clothes, the chances that they will wash off are minimal. My stains did not wash off well even after 3 washes

Pros: The accomodation amenities and place is clean. Location is superb. 4 fast elevators. Convenience MYNews 24 hours is a bonus for last minute needs.. Great host and superb seaview apartment

Cons: Narrow parking path going up or down. Should have mirror on blind spot.

Pros: We were welcomed by warm-hearted owner, Mrs Kam. Really appreciated that she helped solving our parking problem in the city since we could not sign up the digital parking app. She even drove our family around in George Town to show us the places we potentially could visit. She messaged us information about food we could try, restaurant we could go, and and interesting places in Penang. Thank you so much, Mrs Kam. You made our stay in Penang much easier. Will come back in the future when we visit Penang.
