Pros: We had a pleasant stay at the house, but we’d like to share a few suggestions that could make future visits even better.

Cons: The room was comfortable with a queen bed, but we placed it in the hall since there wasn’t enough space for a single bed. It might be helpful for future guests if this could be mentioned beforehand. The sofa bed was convenient, and we used it for sitting and sleeping. We noticed some insects (agas-agas) that left bite marks, so this could be looked into. Additionally, it would be great to have enough utensils (like plates and cups) to accommodate four guests, as mentioned on the website. Regarding parking, we appreciate having a designated spot, but since it’s on level 6, we found that driving carefully through the levels is necessary. A little heads-up on this detail could help guests prepare for the drive. Thank you for hosting us – we truly enjoyed our time and hope these small notes help enhance the experience for others.

Pros: The host was very friendly and he explained to us the process of keys collection very clearly. Hence there is no difficulties collecting it. Overall, the place was very comfortable and spacious, and we have a very good time staying in his place. We love our stay here.

Pros: The rooms are clean. Suitable for family (2adults and 2 kids or 3 adults) there is 7-11 under the condominium. The car parks are good. There is a washing machine if you stay long, it is very good for you to clean your clothes😊

Cons: It is a little bit far from georgetown but it's ok for us because we drive from Hatyai.

Pros: This apartment has provided us everything we needed for a short trip in Penang, as a family. We like it as it has small kitchenette, TV and TV box, extra mattress etc. The apartment manager / administrator is very attentive and helpful. He provided us list of instructions on check-in/check-out, parking, use of common facilities like swimming pool. Impeccable BNB experience. Thank you!

Cons: There is a parking slot located at a higher floor. I didn’t use it. Instead, I parked outside of the apartment.
