Love the stay, happy with the host assist, will visit Ipoh again

Pros: Love the stay! It’s very cozy and the host is super nice to assist us with certain issues

Cons: My only comment is the water supply wasn’t stable. However it was considered okay still as long as the water supply is not interrupted fully

Pros: The whole premise is very clean and well-maintained in my opinion. The fact that I'm able to walk inside (from the main entrance into my room upstairs) with my feet not feeling sandy at all is really nice and worthy of praise when it comes to the cleanliness. Sense of security is top notch as every point of entry is embedded with a passcode. Being able to watch TV in the lobby is a bonus and it makes the stay less boring for some. The beds are actually some of the most comfortable ones I've slept on. Due to its proximity from the touristy hotspots, there's not much noise pollution going on around the neighbourhood which adds tranquillity. Parking is good and the \

Cons: Ehh, nothing really. Just that I couldn't find the (presumably broken) remote control for the electrically-controlled ceiling fan. The ceiling fan will be spinning at near max speed when switched on and there's no way to lower the fan speed. I would rather have a good old-fashioned Panasonic/KDK industrial ceiling fan for its less complicated setup and reliability instead.

Ipoh holiday

Pros: Most Cozy and comfortable place to stay, very clean and easy access for check in, I definitely recommend this place also family friendly.

Pros: The place is really clean which I love the most. The housekeeper is friendly and patiently waited for us to check out. The location is great, like at the town centre & near to the mall if you really need anything. What's the most important is, it is near to all my food hunting places in Ipoh.😃 You can find the place easily and it is situated in a peaceful neighborhood.

Cons: Nothing much but it is an added value if the owner can put a microwave or an air fryer for their guests. I can't heat up my food although they provide a fridge. The parking inside the gated porch is limited if you're staying with other guests coming at the same time. We are afraid to park outside especially at night.

Great place

Pros: A great place for a stopover when travelling south to north and vice versa. Very clean, facilities are good even it looks like a simple homestay. Self check in is good since we arrived late night, so we don't have to worry about check in problem. We even could parked our car in the car porch, since there's no other people staying. Some good restaurants nearby so eating out is easy.

Pros: i like that there are security lock for each door. it feels safer. all facilities were provided its really nice!

Pros: I like how comfortable the place is. Easy access to tourist attraction places. Self check in was easy and the host is really nice.
