Pros: The swimming pools were very nice. The onsen was with super hot water so very nice after a rainy chillier day. The newly installed water filter was also useful as well as the washing machine and the detergent at our disposal. Wifi is very strong. Netflix account for your use.a

Cons: The pillows were very thick and hard. There was a total of 8 pillows all of the same consistency. Would have been nice to have some variety to choose from if you already put so many in the room. This is just a small thing though, the rest was good.
