Pros: I like it clean, comfortable during stay with around security nice person

Cons: I dun like is the facilities not complete,no mirror,no hanger on wall to hanging the clothes,smelly in toilet,tv no function,plug on off heater one of the damage,ceiling fan dun hav,blanket too thin..

Pros: Parking. Clean. Value for money. Basic facilities

Cons: Communication through WhatsApp only. Slow response from host. TV was not working enquired from host no reply at all till check out. Towel in bad condition. Blanket was torn. Please improve your facilties.

Comfortable stay with family

Pros: Easy to parking, have all necessity. The playground is big, the kids so happy. The pool that time have maintenance, but it's big. Aircond is cool, water heater in toilet is satisfying. Have refrigerator and washing machine.

Cons: Everything is good. If have microwave, will be good.

Pros: The apartment was so clean. Host also very responsive. Everything was smooth during check in. Very recommended for staycation.

A very wide car path will not scratch your car 🚙 😊

Pros: Even though the location is privacy but it not far away from Ipoh town. The car path to the upper parking lot is very wide. Will consider to stay again in future.

Cons: At car park ground floor, there were many children playing around near the cars. Security should notice about this, to avoid vandalism.

Pros: The blanket is thin like napkin, the pipe leaking free flow all day long.

Speedy response by host and arrange delivery to send the toilet roll. Will come again.

Pros: Got washing machines. If got laundry detergent ready is more perfect. The iron refuse to use due to the cable is broken worries short circuit. Overall is perfect.

Pros: Good accomodation for a staycation, clean and have complete facilities..

Cons: It will be more good if have a long or big mirror

Pros: 1. The peaceful and serene ambience of the unit. 2. Staffs are very helpful and willing to accommodate guest request. 3. Great value for money. Affordable considering the amenities provided. 4. The Andersons is quite close to many attractions sites in Ipoh. 5. Clean, and modern unit with all the necessity required for a comfortable stay away from home. 6. Extremely professional staffs that are avaliable to assist guest with queries. 7. The security officers are very courteous, polite and professional. They are very patient handling the volume of incoming guest.

Cons: 1. The Andersons building management should light up the parking garage at day time as it tends to get dark even at daytime. 2. The entrance seems slightly confusing. This falls under the management of The Andersons, and not the property manager.
