Pros: A superb location, well decorated, cozy, clean, spacious and economic home stay that is worth to stay for a trip with family and friends.

Pros: Such a gracious host with incredible hospitality..really made us feel at home..had absolutely wonderful time..

Cons: No lights on during gloomy day along the corridor of apartment and also in the lobby where the mailbox were..difficult to see the key lock..

Pros: ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Wonderful Stay! Generally, all is ok. Furnitures still looked brand new. They are responsive towards our inquiries & replies immediately. I had such a pleasant experience staying here. The owner provided excellent service — very friendly, helpful, and always responded quickly to any questions I had. The place itself is super convenient, comfortable, and gives off a hotel-like vibe, especially the cozy bed! All the furniture looks new and well-maintained, which made the stay even better. I also really appreciate the thoughtful gesture of providing separate utensils for Muslim and non-Muslim guests — very considerate and respectful. The unit is well-equipped with everything you need: aircond, water heater, toaster, hair dryer, and iron — all in good working condition. Overall, it was a great and comfortable stay. Highly recommended and would definitely come back again! 🌟

Pros: i love the location very strategic. easy to access, near hospital, place to eat and convenient store about just 5 minutes away.

Pros: The appartment is ok, the beds are confortable and kids liked the table beside the bed and TV. It's 10min drive from Ipoh center.

Cons: There are no glasses, no desert knife, not enough toilet paper.

Clean and spacious room, good for short stay in Ipoh.

Pros: Location is good, room is clean and spacious. The house is new. Check in procedure is fast and easy. Near to the town and shopping center.

Cons: Car park is terrible, light is off and direction instruction is very confusing. bed is a bit hard, pillow too soft. Air cond. is facing direct to people sleeping on bed, fan is noisy. Bad WIFI connection, speed is extremely slow.

Extra ⭐ • Got gym and badminton court • Got 1 designated & sheltered parking. Also got plenty public parking outside if got more than 1 car • The view is ✨ • Basic needs like iron, hair dryer, fridge, water heater • location-wise: good. Very near to the nifayyi cafe • very thorough & clear instructions from the host

Cons: - only about the gym but that's not on the host. So actually can ignore this one

Pros: The unit was very clean and comfortable. Location was very good as well as it was close to town and less than 10 minutes to Canning Gardens. Property was fairly new and it was situated in the quieter part of Ipoh. J was accommodating when I requested for a plastic chair to be placed in the shower for my elderly mum who is on a wheelchair. Would definitely return again when we visit Ipoh next.

Cons: The stove was not working well and would have been good if a wok cover was provided together with the wok as I wanted to steam up some food for my elderly mum. However, that was not too much of an issue as a combi microwave is also provided.

Pros: Great place to stay; cozy, super clean, and well-equipped. The views from the unit are spectacular. The host is very responsive, and the check in instructions were easy to follow. All good and 100% would recommend staying here 👍🏻
