Well maintained, clean and comfortable

Pros: Looks like a relatively new place but overall easy check in and out process. Mgmt was easy to deal with and hassle free. The place is clean and equipped with basic facilities like iron, microwave, utensils etc. The unit even have a water filter which is bonus. Everything was working well. We have a very wonderful time n the location is super convenient to most food places. We came with my grandma who has difficulty walking but the place is easily accessible for her.

Cons: The parking space is very tight

Our stay was wonderful and we had a good time

Pros: The clear instruction given on collecting the property keys with video. The location and as well the cleanness' of the property.

Cons: One of the rooms where my friends were sleeping have literally burnt the comforter while ironing (which has a hole in it) was not made intentionally and I was not aware of it. Upon getting a message and picture from the owner, I checked with my friend, and she has literally forgotten to inform me as we were busy checking out. I did text the owner back and apologized and requested to share the amount to be paid. Unfortunately, he did not reply back. I felt so bad as we wanted to pay the owner back. The owner has got a big heart.

Calm and Cosy Location

Pros: The location is calm and not busy. The house is cosy and clean. Bed and pillows are fluffly. Easy check in and out. Near to so many food outlets. The host is friendly and helpful.

Cons: I specifially choose this place for the pool unfortunately it was close for maintenance while we were there. The parking is narrow, those with big cars need to be careful.But not a big issue for us.

Pros: The apartment is quite new and nice view. Location is great and the host is quite friendly. Very thing is quite clean and looks nice.

Cons: Price given is slightly expensive. Facilities are just enough and can be improved.

Proper and fulfilling.

Pros: The condition of the house is as clarified in the pictures. Water pressure, aircond, furniture and kitchen items are good. Was an amazing space to stay. Totally recommended.

Cons: The space in the parking lot to drive up to parking was narrow. Have to becareful when making corner.

Cons: - kerusi makan agak susah nak duduk - masalah parking sbb ade org lain amik tempat parking lot - swimming agak Kotor Masih bau cement -jacuzzi lagi la Kotor -tak ada tempat gantung pakaian..at least ada hook Pon da ok da ...sbb tk Tau nak gantung mane
