JOMSTAY - Horizon Suites Ipoh Town Skypool

A comfortable stay at Jomstay Horizon

Pros: This is my 4th stay with Jomstay at Horizon, Ipoh. As always , the apartment is very clean and comfortable. The self check in instructions are clear and easy to follow. The management is very responsive and quick to act if there's any issues. The kitchen is complete with clean pots and pans and nice sets of plates , bowls , mugs and glasses. I am happy to come and stay again.

Cons: All okay for a short stay.

Pros: Spacious and complete facilities. Nice room setup.

Cons: Confused on the multiple doors after entering the main door. Parking entry using card as sensor but I tried to find the panel to tag the card.. Hah haa.. May bad may be due to rushing to checkin and rest 😊

Cons: I am not happy with this booking. The check-in time was stated as 3:00 PM, but the room was only given at 3:30 PM because it was not cleaned. We arrived around 1:30 PM and were very tired (5 persons), but we were strictly told to follow the rules. If rules apply to guests, they should also be followed by the hotel. They offered a late checkout, but I checked out at 10:30 AM as I had other plans, so this privilege was not useful to me. Until now, no proper privilege or compensation has been given. I request a discount or any suitable compensation (such as a free stay on another day). Otherwise, I am very unhappy with both the hotel and Booking.com.

Pros: Location, bed, clean, easy to check in, facility and appliances. Good price.

Cons: Too many dont do warning sign. High security deposit. 11 am check out.

Pros: A great place to stay and discover Ipoh with family, apartment was clean and tidy. Check-in and check out process is very easy.

Pros: Nice & clean room. Well maintain & provide complete facility for short term stay. A strategic place to stay as easy to go nearby many places. The place also surronded by many restaurants i.e. nasi kandar pelita, ayam gebuk, thai food, burger, satay, nasi ayam, westerns etc. Masjid is very near, just 5 mins walking.

Cons: Parking lane to go up & down is quite narrow. Need to be very careful whenever drive up to car parking & go out.

Pros: The pool was incredible. The kitchen was well equipped for my needs. There is a restaurant on the corner that was fabulous!

Cons: The bed was a bit hard and the linen mediocre.

Pros: Location is assessable to eateries and convenient. The apartment is clean. All amenities prepared were sufficient and well thought off. Highly recommended for family stay.
