Pros: Clean, spacious, has big TV, fridge and washing machine

Cons: If can, provide laundry detergent as it is not costly. Air con need to service as not cold.

Really enjoying the stay and will revisit

Pros: The location is great and also easy to check in with clear instructions given. It is clean and properly light up

Cons: More of the management of the building, it is such a nice condo except being spoilt by certain people (on 9 Dec 2025 late afternoon) whom was totally wet from swimming and enter the lift, therefore the entire floor are wet and slippery. The guards should warn them and even penalised them for so inconsiderate people

For the price paid, it was definitely good value for money. Bathroom was a little disappointing.

Pros: Rooms and swimming pool views, kitchen, gym, swimming pool, good sized rooms

Cons: Hard to find locker at first as the numbering system is not the best. Not much space in bathroom sink to put any vanity; and no place to hang towels.

Pros: I LOVE EVERYTHING IN IT. actually im (also my friends) having a burnout seasons, where we have to submit all of the assignmenets and the test is are also is around the corner, and we need a short break. It worth the money, where the place is very clean ! Spacious ! Having a lotbof essentials equipments ! An dalso a batht7be, yow this is so great ! Im going to stay there again if i have time later on, maybe with my family ?

Cons: I would feel so happy if i can get account Netflix, and spend the night watching movies together

Nice apartment in Ipoh

Pros: The unit was easy to locate. The view from 13th floor was awesome. The unit is as advertised. Clean and tidy. Washing machine was a bonus as we travelled with infant - it is very convenient to wash their clothes. Microwave oven was also very handy to heat up food that we purchased from uptown Ipoh. We certainly will consider staying here again, when we be in Ipoh.

Cons: It would be great IF extra parking lot is allocated for a unit.
