Absolutely amazing

Pros: The cleanest hotel I’ve ever stayed in. The staffs are so professional! Love their nice & caring personalities :) Every corner of the room was so clean & tidy. Definitely recommend this plc!

Cons: No mineral water.

Pros: 10 min walk from Chulia street but away from it's night life noise. Property is relatively new and well maintained, clean. Stuff asks for deposit and if you dirty anything they will charge you. Goos for maintaining the cleanilenes

Cons: You can hear noise from neighbours and passing people either through walls or through the corridor

Worth the money you pay

Pros: Staff is very helpful, clean rooms and comfortable beds

Cons: The rooms with windows are probably more pleasant to stay, but all rooms are comfortable

A good affordable stay close to the food action of Penang.

Pros: The location was really good, plus the room had top aircon and a cosy bed.

Cons: There is no gym or social area (barring the reception seat). As a solo traveller it would have been nice if there was a bar.

Pros: The locations was nice. Near to restaurant and other. Hotel pun bersih. Tak sempit sangat and tak luas sangat.

Cons: Parking. Limited parking space.

Pros: Our experience at The Journey was fantastic and beyond our expectations. Angie at the front desk was warm and helpful, and we were pleasantly surprised with an early check-in after noting our arrival time. The suite was spotless, beautifully designed, and very comfortable. The location couldn’t be better, we walked to almost all our destinations. Highly recommended!

Pros: The location is very convenient, with plenty of convenience stores and dining options nearby. All staff members, from the reception to the security team, were warm, friendly, and courteous. The check-in process was smooth and efficient, and the room was clean and fully equipped with necessary amenities.

Cons: The walls are relatively thin, so occasional noise from doors opening and footsteps in the hallway can be heard. There was also some noise from other guests on the same floor.
