Pros: Clean and tidy. Good clean facilities with Netflix included. Host very organized and responsive. Attends communication and queries very quickly. Good security.

Pros: •\tGreat location with many breakfast restaurants nearby. \t•\tRoom is good and comfortable. \t•\tBeautiful plants and landscaping around the swimming pool.

Cons: •\tCheck-in took a few minutes and the drop-off area is small, which caused a bit of congestion. \t•\tSome furniture needs repair, such as the bidet spray and coffee table. \t•\tSwimming pool is a little old.

Comfortable, with great facilities

Pros: Overall facilities. The unit is big enough for 10 ppl. New-ish Roof Top Pool was amazing and it opens at 7am! Excellent for groups and if you have your own car as there's parking and security on site.

Cons: Air con not blowing cool air, unable to adjust temperature to go lower. Overlooking cemetery Stained mattresses 10-15 mins away from central, easy to get Grab though. Personally think it's not ideal for my family of 5 as we spent quite a lot on travelling by Grab due to having to order a 6-seater car all the time. Time wasted significantly during peak hours.

Pros: We had a very comfortable stay here. The house is well-equipped with everything we needed and is perfect for a family trip. The host was very patient and friendly, and also very thoughtful in providing clear instructions before check-in. Whenever we had any questions, the host responded quickly and solved the problems efficiently.

Cons: The only small downside is that the lift can take quite a while, especially during peak hours or peak season. Other than that, everything was excellent and we truly enjoyed our stay. Highly recommended!

Comfortable apartment for Penang holiday

Pros: Accommodation was good. Serviced apartment was spacious with a balcony and good views. Clean apartment. Check in the midnight was smooth. Top deck night view was excellent. Security is good.

Cons: Noisy bathroom fans. No hand towels or bath mat s. No drinking glasses or teaspoons or cereal bowls.

Pros: The systematic, professional and prompt responses to all our queries.

Pros: Staff and guards are friendly, clear instructions on how to get the keys and fast response from the owner(s). Can swim without a proper swimwear (jerseys are acceptable). Supply a lot of facilities to the guests like body shampoos, extra bed, blankets and pillows, and washing machine.

Cons: The owner(s) should change the iron board because it’s almost broken. I suggest they will provide a standing-iron-board instead of sitting-iron-board.

Exceptional and recommended

Pros: The unit is very clean. Just by the tile floor, it’s squeaky clean. It can accommodate large numbers of people. They even have two extra large mattresses that you can use. Kitchen area is complete and you can do laundry as well.
