Brilliant stay

Pros: Beautiful property, large room with lots of space, 2 of us shared although there was enough sleeping space for 11 people, so cheap and has everything you need, the pools are fantastic and security all over the building so always felt safe

Cons: One of the door handles had to be pulled up instead of pushed down to open (this had me thinking I was locked in my room for 10 minutes🤣) easy fix just confusing at the time, can’t fault the place

Value for Money in Penang

Pros: Everything was very good, For family trip this property can be good choice. Also Room + Washroom+ Kitchen, TV, FRIDGE, Washing Machine, all are good.

Nice and good trip in Penang and in URBAN STAYCATIONS.

Pros: The environment and facilities are good, and it's convenient to get around also here got 4 swimming pools for us to have fun , forest water fall is suitable and fun to experience water down from the top there got a children's pool , adult pols and a small area for walking.is really a good place for me no worry sleep late and still can have place for light walk and gym. Is a good place to get a hawk foods near by to perak road and towns. Will come again

Cons: The room is great for my family , Area is just suitable..just suggestion to get the thick comforter.. Aircon is super work (cool ) and the staff is friendly when I have enquiries they work fast good service to help me solve the problem to changed new water filter switch is excellent work from them.

Pros: The environment. It is located at the central point of Penang. So you can travel easily. And the unit is also clean and tidy. The best thing is, they provide 2 queen beds, 1 sofa bed, 1 single bed and 3 futon beds.

Cons: It's quite hard to go down during peak hours. Need to check out early or else you will be stuck at the lift lobby.

Penang family vacation

Pros: Very nice place and the view from the house we can see penang Bridge and the swimming pool is very big, Convenience shop nearby, clean n comfortable unit

Cons: Extra parking is to far from the lift to unit

Pros: location wise was very convenient due to direct access to major highway

Cons: maybe lack of convenient store at the premises & nearby

Overall, it was nice. Kids love the pool. We love the proximity to city ctr and nasi kandar spots

Pros: Location was excellent. Just that some of the items in the apartment could be upgraded, especially towels and sheets.

Splendid stay, indeed!

Pros: The location of the property was so strategic, with spectacular views. Didn't even bother to close the curtains while sleeping or waking up. I find their system of tracking customers for the stay is efficient. They reached out to me a day prior to the stay and I can say it's the first time I was invited in a group chat where everything was guided in there. They even refunded my deposit swiftly the day after. Regarding the property, everything was fully equipped - from hairdryers (which they provided 2 btw), iron, kitchen utensils, microwave, induction, washing machine, A/C, even extra fans installed in every room, to the provided WiFi and Netflix account for us to binge Thai Movies. We didn't get to explore level 11 for the amenities but will be definitely coming back to stay there! I also appreciate that they provided 2 parking spaces just incase. All in all, the property was a great place to stay for all 5 of us.

Cons: It would be nicer if the blankets provided was thicker. Almost froze myself to death in the middle of the night haha
