Average apartment at High cost

Pros: It is an apartment on the 15th floor.The View is Good but not Sea View. No television is provided. Rooms are small but ok. Drawing room and Dining area provided. All good. The rooms were clean. But the toilets were not mopped when we checked in. It seems both toilets were used by someone before we checked in. No food stalls nearby. George Town the most happening place is a bit far. No restaurant nearby. Cost wise it is a bit costly apartment, you can have many other options which are cheaper and better. No luggage storage is provided so before booking, please keep in mind.

Pros: The location and the appartment was beautiful and well maintained. The outside view was amazing. It gives the feel that we can spend time in apartment. ☺️

Pros: I like the PDF check in manual and restaurant recommendations by the staff. As a traveller first time come to Penang, it really means a lot.

Pros: I couldn't complain any we decide to book a accommodation late night at 11pm. A while after booking was made, they contact and confirm via WhatsApp and share details about check in. After the deposit has made, we been given unit detail. The unit is super comfy for 8pax for a night. The pool and playground are clean, our kids love them. High recommend this place. Ohh yeah.. I love the water pressure on our unit.

Cons: Be ready for a roller coaster ride for the parking. Pro tip: if you have elderly kindly drop them at lobby before you proceed to park the car. While check out be prepared to wait at least 40 mins to lift. Kindly plan your check out timing to avoid this long wait as it seems the building is quite popular for homestays.

Add more mirrors in each rooms. And add extra pillows for guest who need to sleep outside on the sofa bed.

Pros: Comfortable. Easy to go anywhere. Good responsive from owner. Friendly and easy to reach them.

Cons: Mirrors only inside the toilet.

Cons: We had to carry the garbage down to ground floor through the lift. There should have had disposal room in the same floor and the parking was not as expected..... too spiral to go to my bay and had to park at the visitor parking with a hugh fee
