Pros: Great facilities, pools, gym sauna, little store on the ground floor. Spacious apartment with nice rooms, handy fridge freezer, excellent WiFi and a/c in every room.

Cons: Cooking and dining equipment a bit sparse in fact the little hob thing did not seem to be working. It didn't really matter, we were able to cook some scrambled eggs in the microwave so all was ok

A comfortable and enjoyable stay — highly satisfying overall.

Pros: The property was clean, comfortable, and well maintained. The location is great and very convenient, and the overall stay was pleasant and hassle-free.

Cons: Nothing to complain about. Everything met my expectations.

Pros: Everything is ok..this is my 3rd time in urban with different hosts and different rooms...so far this place is the best because many beds..all double beds..comfortable for us old people

Cons: 1.no coway machine. Only water purifier..have to boil and keep water in fridge to get iced water 2.parking lot was very very far from lift..we are aged people with many illness ..diabetes asthma mini stroke..the driver has to drop us first at lift and then park the car..not convenient at all 3.lighting bulb at masterbedroom not function..should check first before let us in..

Nice homestay, but lose in a little bit.

Pros: The homestay is really good in views, the team support very nice.

Cons: The room's wall already cracked. And I saw a crockroach during I'm bathing.

Pros: I like that theres multiple mattresses and pillows, the rooms are comfy and the bathroom was provided with a good functinal heater

Cons: There's no mirror, other than the ones in the bathroom which made it a bit hard for us to get ready.

This place are suitable for big group travel where i came with my 39 students..all of them booked under urban suites..go

Pros: Very good customer service. I took 3 bedroom, level 12 There’s plenty of bed, I wld say can fit in 11-12 adults. There’s 2 car parks. Kitchen has almost everything Facilities is very good, there’s no food store nearby, but there’s a lot of vending machine at the ground floor and level 11. No sea view, but the view is not obstructed by a building

Cons: Aircond in living room and master bedroom is not cold at all. Guess it’s not serviced properly. Shower drain in master bedroom is clogged. My parking is at 10th floor 😓 TV is a little small for a big living room

Pros: The owner is very responsive, and the property is very affordable with complete facilities, including a swimming pool and gym. Initially, I had doubts about the lift issues mentioned in reviews, but during my stay, the lift functioned well.

Pros: Room toilet living hall very clean n neat.. Maybe need to have wardrobe to organise stuff
