Comfortable and worthy.

Pros: Its very clean and comfy. Worth the money then money. The owner is very friendly and engaging. The guards there are friendly and helpful as well. There are shop nearby as well which is convenient for us. The area is also near Perak road area.

Cons: The only thing is the Tv is not a smart TV. Only has few channels and no online streaming services like Netflix etc. Other than that everything is excellent.

Overall is good. It’s value for money.

Pros: Good location. Many food outlets around the place. I like the convenience of have a washing machine for dirty laundry.

Cons: The karaoke at night too loud. The air conditioning noisy.

Pros: The owner very friendly and helpful. Check in and check out process very easy. The house very clean and well equip for family stay.

Cons: The facility is basic. If you expect more such as garden at roof top or coffee for teatime near the pool..this is not. Some more the pool floor also a bit rough coz some of the tile was move out.

Pros: Terence was friendly, quick to respond to queries and easily reachable. The apartment was adequate, comfortable and clean. Check in and out was easy. Only the parking you'll have to drive slowly as it has sharp turns. Other than that, everything was just nice.

Cons: Nothing all was ok.

Owner also let me check in early. I’m truly grateful for that because I have been driving for 6 hours upon arriving.

Pros: This place is perfect. I can have everything I need here. The location is great, the owner is kind, the house is clean, the view is amazing, the facilities is nice and most importantly I had a great stay.

Cons: I wish I could stay longer.

Convenient location in Jelutong

Pros: The location in Jelutong is convenient for me to visit family members. This is my second time renting in the same apartment building, only in different unit. The security is helpful when checking in. The size is just nice for 3 of us. Not too big.

Cons: Driving to the parking at higher level is not so easy, especially if you drive big cars.
