The staff is amazing, really helpful.

Pros: The location is perfect, near many attractions. The flat is spacious, with big living room and kitchen.

Cons: Only one bathroom, and the sink drain was blocked.

A lovely spacious and bright 2br terrace house

Pros: It was a spacious and bright terrace house. Most accommodations in Penang are quite small, but this place was exactly what we were looking for. It’s within walking distance to the street food avenues, and the walks are short and easy. The main bedroom faces a wider street, so it may be a little noisy for light sleepers. However, the back bedroom (the second room with two single beds) was very quiet, so you can choose depending on your preference. The kitchen has two frying pans and a small saucepan — enough for very simple cooking, although honestly, who wants to cook in a food heaven like Penang? We had a very nice stay and would love to come back.

Pros: Thank you for the manager. They transferred us to another hotel chain that have elevators.

Pros: Location excellent. 2 single beds and as what we needed .!! Free CAT bus stop on Penang Road . Short 100 m walk only Prompt response from customer service via WhatsApp . ( WhatsApp voice call included)

Cons: Ironing board , iron , hair dryer should be outside of bedrooms for convenience .

Pros: This was an apartment but was setup but like a 5 star hotel. A mistake was made by the hotel on the app in terms of washing machine but they rectified this by getting my laundry done and covered the cost

Pros: Good central location, just metres away from Penang Road. No front desk but easy check in instructions and communication with staff via Whatsapp

Pros: Location location location. Can't rave enough about the location. The apartment was also huge for a family of 5 members. The aircon and water pressure were strong, beds were comfortable and checkout was seamless. Received a text on the checkout process (just text them when we check out without the need for staff to be present) on our last day. Highly recommended! Pity we didn't manage to get names of the staff. But please help send our thanks to the whole team!

Pros: Great location with large space, shower water is very powerful and hot enough as I want. Clean and house keeping staffs are kind to prepare room for our eatiler check-in, and help us to carry luggage upstaires👍😽
