Comfortable

Pros: This was last minute emergency booking and we were very glad they accomodated our midnight check in. Family room was clean and comfortable.

Cons: Shower was leaking into the bathroom

Pros: Room was clean with basic necessities and bed with nice firm mattress.

Cons: Location wise there is no cafe or coffeeshop nearby.

Pros: Unexpectedly, room size very big, like 2 rooms in 1. Very pleasantly surprised！

Cons: Lacked of shelves in bathroom, I was forced to put my supplies on the floor. Air-con very noisy, unless I switch it to fan mode. Fortunately there are 2 air-cons there.

Pros: Room is huge and clean. Aircond is cold. Bathroom clean. They provide iron and ironing board but need to take at the receptionist counter. For thise bring small kids. This room definately good cause have toy and baby coat provide by the hotel.

Cons: Cannot intercome receptionist counter because no phone. So need to go down. Please provide parking for your customer. Because i got summon from Majlis Bandaraya Seberang Perai.

Pros: Nearby restaurant just walk in front of hotel only.. Others shop only 5min by car.. Easy free parking but need to pay if u come on weekday

Cons: Mattress a bit hard..back pain person can take note 😅 No desk light just 2 main light when switch on Better bring your own extra plug cause only have 1 plug for charge phone or boil water

Pros: Tlhe location and the helpful staffs. Excellent wifi too.Smooth checking in and out.

Cons: The shower could be extremely hot when you turn it on at the beginning. The single bed is too small. Lift area at the 4th floor isn't well lit.
