Pros: It was soo cozy. Mr Michael really help a lot. The staff aware that i am OKU, transfer my room from 1st floor to new room in ground floor.

Cozy Stay with Thoughtful Amenities

Pros: We truly enjoyed our stay at this homestay. It was very cozy and comfortable and the location was convenient. The host thoughtfully provided essentials such as a hairdryer, clean towels, shampoo and shower gel which made our stay even more pleasant and hassle-free. Overall, we had a pleasant stay and appreciate the effort put into making guests feel comfortable.

Cons: A few areas could be improved. The room lighting was quite dim at night so brighter lights would make the space more comfortable. We also needed to go downstairs to the backyard to access the water dispenser located in the kitchen which was slightly inconvenient. For hygiene purposes, it would be better if coffee, tea and sugar were provided in individual packets instead of large shared containers. Additionally, we noticed a long hair inside the keropok container so a little more attention to cleanliness would be appreciated. Lastly, it would be lovely if the hosts smiled and greeted guests when they smiled. It would make the stay feel even warmer and more welcoming.

Good stay

Pros: The appearance and condition of the guest house itself makes me feel homely. Location is great in a housing area. The amenities and everything provided in the hotel is rather complete although the hotel seems unmanned.

Cons: You need to have your own vehicle since there is no public transportation nearby. The guest house is unmanned, so it's quite worrying to think in case there's any kind of emergency and we don't have anyone to turn to on the spot. Of course there is an emergency number provided. But just in case, it's still a bit worrying.

Really great comfy, spacious and friendly hotel. Perfect.

Pros: Lovely big, clean and comfy room. Communal areas in the lobby and kitchen area are a really lovely touch. Very quiet location. We first booked 4 nights but extended to 6 as we like it so much. Also we got a parking ticket whilst out and the owner paid it for us as we did not have a Malaysian account. Over and above kindness.
