Pros: Location is great. Good quiet sleep at night. No need to queue for bathroom. Smart TV. Big fridge.

Pros: The first impression >>> clean, spacious and cozy as claimed. Host Vivian is very friendly with prompt response. The parking space can easily fit in 2, 3cars. Well functioning smart TV and internet. To be honest this is the best homestay we had so far in Ipoh. Definitely will come for this again in our future visits. The bedroom equipped with hotel-feel mattress, we had a good sleep.

Pros: Great Location and Comfortable Stay! We had a wonderful experience at this house The location is perfect—right near plenty of food outlets, making it easy to find a meal. Plus, getting around was a breeze from here. The house itself is clean and well-maintained, with a comfortable bed and fresh, crisp sheets that made for a restful night.

Cons: The adjacent vacant lot could be a potential breeding ground for insects, but it didn’t affect our stay/house.
