Pros: Self service Accommodation - the communication on WhatsApp was great - fast & with clear instructions & helpful to answer questions. Rooms are average size, A/C - but really high ceiling so dont feel it to well, the lift was out of order sadly, area downstairs with jug / kitchen. The lady in the gallery office was happy to look after our bags for us before check in Door code/ safe box for key pick up/ drop off.

Pros: Decent sized rooms. Good aircon. Excellent complimentary breakfast of eggs, bread, margerine, coffee bags, teabags. They even put out cake and fruit on Chinese New Year's Day. Microwave, toaster and kettle available for use. Staff were friendly as well as available and approachable throughout the day. Good location. Only about 20min walk to train station and 25 min walk to bus station. 10 min walk to Concubine Lane. Excellent, cheap vegetarian restaurant around the corner. Wet market was around the corner where fruit was very cheap to buy.

Cons: Rooms were painted grey which gave a feeling of darkness in the rooms. Lighting was a little harsh. Floors did not seem very clean.

Lovely budget stay great customer service and breakfast.

Pros: Basic room however for the price pretty good. Clean and tidy and you get towels provided. The self service breakfast is great they provide bread and eggs to make yourself eggs on toast plus free tea and coffee a real bonus considering the price point. Good central location also lots of eateries nearby. Staff were very helpful allowed us to check in early and we could have left our bags there after checkout if we needed too.

Cons: The walls are thin and the traffic is quite loud, but you can buy ear plugs in the kitchen downstairs.

Good place to stay.

Pros: Good sized clean room. Bed was comfortable and plenty of water in the shower. Close to restaurants and shops and in walking distance of the old town, bus and train station. Good Wi-Fi signal. Free breakfast was a bonus.

Good spot for a short stay!

Pros: The room was very small but okay for a short stay in Ipoh! Close to many attractions in the area - good local eats, a local market - and just a short walk over the bridge to more. The staff were super polite and helpful!!! The communal kitchen and breakfast is also a nice touch!

Cons: The room and bathroom were very small for two ppl

Pros: Good hotel, great staff, eggs and toast for breakfast was a bonus. All facilities worked.

Cons: Traffic could be very noisy especially at night.

Highly reccomend!

Pros: Really surprised at how lovely this place is considering the price. Yes it’s self check in but there is always someone at the gallery reception downstairs who is there for early check in. Breakfast was really lovely. Nice instructions to follow to make traditional Malaysian breakfast. Nice that it is self serve so you can have as much as you want! Bed was comfy and room was clean- quite small rooms and not much floor space but it was fine. A random thing that I loved is that the windows have a brick pattern outside (not sure how to explain it) but it means that even on a busy road nobody can see inside which is so nice! Easy walking distance to old and new town!

Perfect place to stay

Pros: Good location. Easy to check in. Incredibly clean. Great staff. Well-equipped communal area. Breakfast included.

Cons: Nothing at all to dislike

A solid stay in Ipoh!

Pros: The apartment was really nice and clean, with friendly staff and a simple complimentary breakfast of toast, eggs, tea, coffee, and filtered water. The location was great and made it easy to get around.
