PM Octagon Ipoh Duplex Suite (4-12paxs)

Worth every Ringgit, love it.

Pros: Spacious. Clean. Nice view. Big balcony. Many beds and washrooms. Good wifi connection. Helpful staff, fast response. Big and beautiful swimming pool.

Cons: Quite unsafe condition of staircase to the upstairs especially near the gate. Can easily fall down if miss step. Can put illuminated safety tape to the stair floor edges for better visibility.

Pros: We had a great stay overall. The environment was really nice, and the place was spacious and comfortable. The location was convenient, and we loved that there were many bathrooms, every room had its own, and there were bathtubs both upstairs and downstairs. However, only one bathtub had a stopper, and both tubs had some visible black spots, so we ended up not using them. The beds were very comfortable, and when we checked in, one water heater wasn’t working, but the staff responded quickly and came to fix it even though it was already late at night. Overall, everything was good and we were very satisfied.

Cons: The only downside was that the floor was a bit dirty, but it wasn’t a big issue.

Convenient & Comfortable

Pros: Overall good as we were provided good instructions and directions so finding the place and parking was a breeze. The unit was clean and well equipped even though we did not use the appliances as we ate out all the time.

Cons: The stairs to the higher floor was a bit too narrow and steep at the top. Its probably the unit design. Need to wait for the Lift especially during the peak hours.

Octagon - Passion Moments

Pros: Great location - near to eateries as well as shops where you can purchase local products. It was a spacious penthouse that fits my big group of 3 families. Every room has an ensuite toilet. The owner/ management was very responsive. Responses were prompt. Highly recommend!

Cons: No major complaints. Perhaps good to provide: 1) Facial tissues, though ample toilet papers were provided. 2) Slippers to walk within the house 3) Change the battery of the clock in the living room 4) Change a new washer

Pros: the location of the hotel is perfect whenever i traveled out of the town when someone asked where to buy this and that my most common phrase is 'go back to hotel' cause all the souvinir shop and good foods are n the vinicity of the hotel. the stay is worth and unforgettble. perfect for big group like 8 and above ppl for the stay.

Cons: couldn't find the air cond remote control to adjust the tempreture that causes the night is too cold after a full day raning during my visit
