UTP Convo MAR Homestay with family of 6.

Pros: Clean, comfy and quiet neighbourhood. The kitchen ameneties makes us feel there is no need to dine out. Will definitely lookout for this homestay again should we come here anytime in the future. The host was always available to answer my queries.

Cons: The bathroom doesn't have hot water shower. I would surely give 10/10 rating for that. Other than that I really can't find any complaint.

Pros: I had a great stay at this homestay. The house was very clean and well-kept — the rooms were tidy and comfortable, the toilet was clean, and the kitchen was neat and fully equipped. The WiFi connection was strong and reliable throughout the stay. The location is also very convenient. It was easy to find food nearby, with plenty of eateries. It's also close to a shopping mall, which made it really convenient for getting essentials and doing some light shopping. Overall, a comfortable and hassle-free experience. Highly recommended!

Very pleasant stay in a nice neighborhood.

Pros: Quite a number of food and restaurants nearby. Other conveniences = supermarkets, gas station, atms, govt offices, schools. Masjid is just ~4mins walk. Wifi, aircond, appliences are superb. Just an information for other guests, there's one toilet and one bathroom, and they are separated.
